Overview of role:

​

The Creative Designer will help us to set the standards for advertising video games online. This role is all about the creation of online marketing materials for games. Your work will be broadcasted to millions of people all over the world. Nomads deploys advanced tracking technology which will deliver insights on how your work performs. You'll be part of a dynamic group, who understand the goals of your position and have the experience to get you the resources you need to do your job well. You will work in a result driven, but informal atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Design to align on projects

  • Creation of static and motion advertisement materials

  • Developing new creative concepts

  • Research your target audience

  • Monitor and analyse your results and apply learnings

  • Keeping on improving your skillset

​

The Ideal candidate:

​

  • Willing to keep improving your design skills

  • Advanced user of Creative Suite, Blender, Cinema4D

  • Creative skills which allow the development of own marketing materials (banners and videos)

  • Must be able to work independently 

  • Creative and open-minded work approach to continuously innovate and optimize own work

  • Good English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Understanding of the online marketing landscape

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary , depending on experience.  We also offer a very attractive Bonus structure when personal KPI's are met.
