Campaign Manager

Overview of role:

​

The Campaign Manager will join our team to help grow and expand our business. This role will focus mainly on the creation and optimization of online marketing campaigns for games, as well as the development of existing and new strategies. In this position, you will work in a result driven, but informal atmosphere. You'll be part of a dynamic group, who understand the goals of your position and have the experience to get you the resources you need to do your job well.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Campaigns to expand our campaigns

  • Create processes around campaign management

  • Creation of banners and videos

  • Initiate new campaign ideas and work collaboratively within the Campaign Management team

  • Purchase traffic to generate registrations for online games

  • Purchase traffic on CPM/CPV/CPC/CPA/CPL/CPI

  • You monitor and analyse the results of different traffic channels and manage the accounts accordingly

  • Optimize campaigns according to defined parameters

  • Research and analysis of user data and target groups

The Ideal candidate:

  • A Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business administration

  • Understanding of the online marketing landscape

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and rapidly growing industry

  • Must be able to work independently and drive results

  • Creative and open-minded work approach to continuously innovate and optimize own work

  • Ability to compile data from several sources and create actionable insights

  • Has Experience using Excel to analyze and interpret business data

  • Good English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Creative skills which allow the development of own marketing materials (Banners, videos and Landers)

  • Competitive base salary, depending on experience.  We also offer a very attractive Bonus structure when personal KPI's are met.
